Returns & Warranty Policy

VoiceComm offers a Limited 90-Day Warranty on our distributed products. This policy only applies to out-of-box defects or failures and does not include buyer's remorse or open-box consumer returns for any other reason. In order to process a Warranty claim or return, the following guidelines and instructions apply:

  • All returns require authorization from VoiceComm in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance.
  • Only approved items are to be included in your return.
  • RMA form must be enclosed in the return shipment.
  • RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All defective returns are inspected and tested upon receipt. Credit will only be issued for items listed on the RMA that are deemed defective by our inspection.
  • A credit will be issued for all eligible items to be used towards future purchases. No refunds will be given.
  • Any returned products that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of return shipment and denial of credit. If you have any questions about the Policy or Process, please contact [email protected]. Thanks for your understanding.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personally-Identifying Information

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally-identifying information. If you have registered your information when making a prior purchase on our site, your user name and password are required in order to access your personal information.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, Voicecomm has employed the highest standard of internet security methods and technologies. The system uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to protect all sensitive personal information including credit card number, name and address. This information is then encrypted, using 2048-bit encryption, both when it transmitted to, and stored in the Voicecomm database.
